OUR COVID-19 POLICIES

Please read carefully and pay close attention to our Health Screening Checklist for all staff, aerialists, and guests.

By sending your child to class, you are agreeing that they do NOT have any of the following:

• Fever or Chills • Persistant Cough • Recent Loss of Taste or Smell • Nausea or Vomiting

     *Fever is determined by a thermometer reading of 100.4 or higher

This also applies to any guest that enters the building.

You also acknowledge the following:

• Within the past 5 days, your child has not had contact with anyone you know that had
  COVID-19 or COVID-like symptoms.

• Your child has not had a positive COVID-19 test for active virus in the past 5 days.

• Your child is not waiting on a COVID-19 Test result.
